BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Our birthdays are held on Saturdays at either 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 4:00 pm, or 6:00 pm.

Basic $295 package: We handle the activities, you handle the food, drinks and decorations.

This price is good for up to 15 kids. Any kid after 15 will be an additional $20 charge per kid (20 kids max). We need to have a headcount before the date of the party so we can have enough coaches. We have a private banquet area with chairs and tables set up for whatever you would like to serve. The reservation for the party is handled through the website. It will require a deposit to hold the slot.

BIRTHDAY FAQ'S

Programming and Activities

Q. What is the schedule for the party?

We start about 10 minutes after the hour with a group warm-up (15 Minutes.) Then we teach about the different obstacles and techniques they will use. The obstacle course will be after that followed by a game or free-time. About 15-20 minutes before the end of the party, they will be sent upstairs for the banquet portion.

Q. Can our other child participate?

We recommend that the general age of the participants are close to the guest of honor’s age. Younger guests may participate, but they will need a parental escort hands-on for the duration of the obstacle course. 4 and below will require a parental escort.

GUESTS WHO DO NOT COMPLETE THE WARM-UP WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE ON THE OBSTACLE COURSE. (This also applies to parental escorts)

Q. Do parents/other adults count towards the total?

No. We only count the total number of participants in the activity. (Parental escorts count as participants)

Q. Do parents need to stay?

Parents are welcome to watch or take off if they need to. For carpooling parents, please have them bring a filled out waiver or create an account online.

You may arrive 15-20 minutes before the party to setup.

Frankie’s Pizza in Snoqualmie Ridge will deliver (425) 448-2000. Have it delivered 30 minutes before the party ends.

Q. Can we decorate the banquet area?

Yes, there is 20 minutes before the party to setup. You may also continue setting up as the party is going on downstairs.

We try to give everybody at least 20 minutes to setup. Please be aware that there might be a family waiting to setup after your party.

Q. Am I responsible for set-up and clean-up?

A. Staff will be available to help setup tables, chairs and a tablecloth. Clean-up will also be assisted with if your party is running short on time.

Q. Can we reschedule the party to another time slot or get the deposit back if we can’t make it?

Deposits may be transferred to another day if the cancelled booking is at least 14 days prior to the scheduled party.

OLEG VORSLAV

Lativa

We are excited to announce our first
workshop hosted by the incredibly talented
Oleg Vorslav! Oleg started doing parkour
as a young boy in Latvia and is now a
sponsored athlete of the World Federation
of Parkour and Free-running. Oleg and
Adam met while working on the set of
MTV's Ultimate Parkour Challenge, and
they have been friends ever since. You may
have already seen him around the gym as
he has been guest coaching recently.
We will be offering the workshop to our
Level 3 students and adults, which will be
broken up into 2 two-hour sessions. During
the workshop, Oleg will be going over body
weight conditioning drills and exercises. He
is a master at monkey bars and fluid
movement, thus will teach you how to
connect your movements and tie
everything into a sweet line. Learn how to
add some flair to your moves with the
original king of parkour style.

THANK YOU OLEG!

SOLD OUT!

First workshop was a huge success. Kids class was full, we had one puker but he came right back in and held strong to the end. The adult class saw more adults than ever before in the gym. Here's a quote "This weekend I completed my first (adult) workshop and was pushed harder than I have been in years. I was able to improve my technique, get a solid workout, meet some great people, and have fun doing it. I’m now looking forward to joining the open gym sessions and will likely sign up for an adult class soon."
