Gym Owner
Adam Truesdell
Adam Truesdell has been an active member of the parkour community since 2006. He helped to found "Parkour Visions," a nonprofit organization devoted to promoting safe and fun teaching techniques. In 2007, Adam moved to Hollywood to work as a stuntman. He was sponsored by the "World Federation of Parkour and Freerunning," worked on MTV's “Ultimate Parkour Challenge," Spike TV’s "1000 Ways to Die," and most notably competed to win a top 10 spot on G4's "American Ninja Warrior."
Adam has since devoted his life to coaching kids and adults in various physical disciplines.

Christopher Hollingsworth
Deeply inspired by t.v shows like Prince of Persia and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Christopher started training from a young age and has over 18 years of Parkour experience. Through his own trial and error, he has learned the safest and most efficient ways to coach flipping and twisting techniques. Christopher has also worked as a performer in Cirque Du Soleil and has a degree in athletic training and practicum/sports injury prevention.

Quinn Safaie
A professional parkour athlete who has been training parkour since 2012 and coaching professionally since 2015. Quinn specializes in building progressions for strength, technique, inversion, and fear training that can be done at any experience level. Quinn draws inspiration from stunt artists, being strong to be useful, and the history of parkour.

Benjamin Lentz
Mostly having desk jobs (Program Manager at an education company, Software Engineer for a national consulting firm, and account manager in solar distribution), Benjamin started practicing Parkour at the age of 28 with little to no prior sports or movement experience. Since then, he has discovered the fulfillment and joy that comes from practicing movement. He loves the continuous physical, mental and spiritual growth that it brings. Benjamin wants to share this with others and believes that movement is essential to health and quality of life. He is committed to using the skills he has developed to support you and this community. Benjamin is extremely grateful to be here and looks forward to connecting with you!

Payton Hanna
Payton is the world’s leading visually impaired professional parkour and freerunning athlete. He has over 15 years of parkour and martial arts experience and loves sharing his knowledge! Because of his visual impairment, Payton specializes in adaptive coaching and helping students learn in the way that works best for their personal development. When he’s not training parkour, he plays music with his band and enjoys playing Sonic the Hedgehog video games.

Sage Dupuy
Sage has been practicing parkour for over a decade and coaching for half that time. His specialties in parkour revolve around vaulting and flips. Specifically dedicating large periods of time to master front, side, and back flips. His time practicing is also highly focused on getting over and around obstacles in unique ways efficient for obstacle coursing. Sage has also been juggling for half a decade and is continually learning new juggling moves and skills. His main inspiration for most movements and skills come from his video game development background. This passion for video game creation bleeds into all aspects of his practice.

Bergan Kristjanson
Cameron Myers has been training parkour since 2012, and has been a coach at Dynasty Fitness since 2020. He specializes in teaching flips, acrobatics, and martial arts tricking for all ability levels. Cameron strives to create a safe environment for all ages to learn the fundamentals of parkour.

Scott Bringe
Scott was born and raised in New Mexico. Over the 15 years of Scott's parkour training he has traveled to 42 states and many countries meeting many parkour communities. A former stuntman, working in films such as Maze Runner 2, Scott has trained in depth with Ukemi and the risk management of dangerous movement. Since 2018 he has delved into the Circus Arts, learning Aerial Silks, Cyr Wheel, and Juggling. This leaves us with where he is today: a proud member of Dynasty Fitness.

Camerin Clay
Camerin Clay has been a parkour athlete since 2016. At 21 years old, he's developed into an extremely mature coach, who is still able to connect and inspire young and old students alike. His quick wit and nimble techniques make him a perfect coach for our program.

Sydney Traicoff
Sydney fell in love with the grace, style, and creativity of aerial arts and made the sport her next step after several years of competitive swimming. She has been heavily training in circus arts since 2019 which quickly led into her taking up performing and teaching. Her specialties include aerial fabrics and aerial lyra. Sydney enjoys sharing her passion with others and drawing them into the world of circus arts. When she is not dangling in the air she enjoys hiking with her dog and creating visual and textile art.
